Maintenance interlude
To explain the silence of the last 3 weeks, Winnie the RV was in sick bay for a dinette slide repair. This slide was showing increased crankiness to open and with a long trip ahead of us we decided to get it into a dealer to be repaired. Initially we thought it was a motor issue, which was to be determined true. However, after getting a new motor installed, the slide was stilll not operating smoothly. The cause would have to be discovered by removing the slide itself! There really was no option, so we winced and gave the go ahead. Monday the 30th we got it back and Tuesday morning headed out for new sights and experiences. If you have been awaiting updates, we appologize, but now we are moving forward. That being said we are back at seeing this beautiful country and a new post with pictures and details should come in a week or less!
